## The thesis

RevealUI is the self-hosted runtime where your business and the AI agents that run it live under one roof. Every agent is a governed and audited user that lives on your infrastructure. It runs on any AI provider you choose.

## Status (honest, pre-launch)

- Zero paying customers. Used in production by the team that maintains it.
- Stripe live mode is on for product billing; no paid customer base yet.
- RevealUI Fleet Docker images are not yet published to GHCR; self-host from source today.
- Default inference is open-weight on infrastructure you own (Inference Snaps or Ollama). Frontier providers are opt-in adapters.
- NeonDB is the primary database. Supabase is not an internal datastore.
